Feedback Reward Program
We are excited to introduce you to our feedback reward program because we rely heavily on customers like you to better our services for the future. Since you've bought products at our store, you are the best person to ask for feedback on Quokoa's products and services. As our appreciation, $5 to $200 will be rewarded if we decide to make changes to our business based on your suggestions.
A few topics you may address are:
1. What do you like and/or dislike about our online store? (or encountered any bug?)
2. Who referred you to our store and/or our products?
3. How did our employees (customer service, logistics, etc.) treat you?
4. What new products/new designs would you like to see more in our store?
